The episode begins with Manvi getting surprised to see her and Virat’s photo in laptop. Shylock asks Manvi to send friend request to Virat on Facebook.
Manvi sends requests and Virat accepts it. Viren gets upset to see Jeevika still not arrived at award function. Viren calls Manvi and asks where is Jeevika. Manvi tells Viren that Jeevika has already got ready for function.
Virat says to Jeevika that he will drop her at the function place. Jeevika reaches the place, but forgets her invitation card. Gate keeper refuses her entry without invitation.

This episode begins with Virat taking blessings from Vansika and Viren to begin his singing career. Viren says to Virat that he has full faith in his capability.
Manvi wishes Virat for his new career by teasing her. Manvi decides to meet Jeevika, but Viren tells her that Jeevika is sleeping so not to disturb her.
Virat visits his friend’s music office and tell him that he wants to start his career in singing. His friends ask him how this sudden change in him as he refused to sing before.
Virat says that he wants a change in life. His friend tells him that change will happen just for two things, love or death.
Virat miserably tells that both happened in his life, but suddenly stops and gives his music CD to his friend. Virat tells his friend that he wants to compose music for his company.
His friend takes the CD and keeps it aside. He says to Virat that he will tell him later. Virat worriedly leaves from the place. Jeevika wakes up and notices the time and realizes that she slept too late.
Jeevika gets worried for Manvi and searches her in the whole house. On the other side, Manvi feels bored to play chess with Shlok and decides to eat ice cream.
Manvi was about to eat ice cream and Jeevika shouts at Manvi. Manvi tells Jeevika that she knows what she has to eat and she wants to have ice cream now.
But, Jeevika gets a bit angry and says to Manvi that until she recovers, she will decide what to have. Manvi gets upset and leaves angrily. Jeevika also looks upset to see Manvi.

Maha Episode: Cancer about to Jeevika on Manvi's B day

Maha episode of Star Plus Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hain will bring some happiness and sadness in Manvi and Jeevika’s life.

Present track revealed to everyone except Jeevika that Manvi has been suffering from blood cancer. Jeevika is upset thinking that Manvi is hiding something big from her.

Besides it, Manvi accepted that Jeevika will wish her first on her birthday. Jeevika did not wish Manvi and asked Manvi to tell the truth and the real reason behind for not donating her blood.

However, Viren forced Manvi to tell the truth to Jeevika and finally Manvi agreed to tell. Now, upcoming episode will show that Manvi’s family will come down to Chandigarh to surprise Manvi on her birthday.

In the process, Manvi will tell Jeevika about her cancer. Jeevika will get shocked, but will show herself as bold to Manvi. Manvi will be surprised to see Jeevika in normal rather than worried.

Both, Vadhera and Choudhary’s family will celebrate Maanvi’s birthday in her style. Meanwhile, Jeevika will start bursting out in cry thinking about Manvi’s cancer.
